Kewadatshi
- 1/2 box processed cheese
- 4 chopped potatoes
- 2 large onion, chopped
- 2/3 capsicum
- 2 green chillies
- 1/2 tsp vegetable oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/3 bunch coriander leaves
- 1 chilli flakes (optional)
- Cut the cheese into very fine pieces.
- In a pan, put potatoes, chopped onions, capsicum, green chillies and vegetable oil.
- Then pour water till the level of the vegetables.
- Don't put too much water.
- Bring it to boil for about 5 minutes in low flame.
- Then put salt and pepper.
- Mix well.
- Cover it if needed.
- When the potatoes are cooked and water level is much more reduced, put cheese and stir.
- Keep on stirring until cheese is melted nicely.
- Off the flame.
- Sprinkle some chilli flakes and garnish it with coriander leaves.
