Austria Viennese Coconut Macaroons Recipe

  1. Cream butter and sugar.
  2. Add in the well-beaten Large eggs, cream and vanilla.
  3. Sift the dry ingredients, and add in to the first mix.
  4. Add in the coconut and wafers.
  5. Drop by teaspoonfuls, 1 inch apart, on a greased cookie sheet and bake in a moderate oven till brown on top.
  6. 8-10 min.
