Alaska Dungeness Crab Cakes Recipe

  1. Combine all ingredients except flour and oil; mix well.
  2. Chill.
  3. Shape into 4 cakes, about 3/4-inch thick.
  4. Dust with flour.
  5. Saute/fry crab cakes in warm oil on both sides about 10 min or possibly till golden.
  6. This recipe yields 4 crab cakes.
  7. Comments: For warm crab sandwiches, serve on toasted English muffins.
  8. Delicious served with chili sauce.
