Henzi's Seed Bread
- 1 pk yeast, active dry
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 1/2 cup flour, all-purpose bread
- 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 23 cups rye flour
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 1/2 cup bran flakes cereal flaked
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 13 cup raisins, seedless golden
- 13 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
- 13 cup sunflower seeds
- 13 cup poppy seed
- 2 tablespoons caraway seeds
- 1 cup water warm
- 13 cup milk warm
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 1 each eggs
- Add all dry ingredients.
- Then pour in the liquids, measure the oil before the honey and watch the honey slip right off the spoon.
- Select the white bread cycle on your bread machine and push start.
- This loaf may sag a bit in the center, but does not affect the texture or taste.
