Remoulade Sauce
- 2 quarts mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
- 3 tablespoons capers
- 4 tablespoons fresh tarragon
- 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce
- 12 cup water
- In a food processor add garlic, tarragon and capers.
- Process until well pureed.
- Add remaining ingredients, stir well and let meld in refridgerator for a few hours.
