Weekend Brunch Quiche

  1. Bake pie crust in 400 degree (200 C.) oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly brown.
  2. Combine cream cheese and milk in saucepan; stir over low heat until smooth.
  3. Gradually add cream cheese mixture to eggs, mixing until well blended.
  4. Saute onions in margarine.
  5. Add onions and remaining ingredients to cream cheese mixture; mix well.
  6. Pour into pie crust.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) 35 to 40 minutes or until set.
