Chicken & Broccoli Skillet
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
- 1 pkg. (12 oz.) VELVEETA Shells & Cheese Dinner Made With 2% Milk Cheese
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen broccoli florets, thawed
- Spray large skillet with cooking spray.
- Add chicken; cook on medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until lightly browned on both sides.
- Add 2-1/2 cups water and Shells.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to medium-low; cover.
- Simmer 15 minutes or until shells are tender and chicken is cooked through, stirring occasionally.
- Add Cheese Sauce and broccoli; cook until mixture is heated through, stirring occasionally.
