Smart-Choice Peanut Butter Cup Squares

  1. Line 9-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides.
  2. Finely crush 24 cookies.
  3. Mix with butter; press onto bottom of prepared pan.
  4. Beat Neufchatel and peanut butter in medium bowl with whisk until blended.
  5. Add dry pudding mix and milk; beat 2 min.
  6. Stir in 1 cup COOL WHIP; spread over crust.
  7. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  8. Microwave remaining COOL WHIP and chocolate in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 to 2 min.
  9. or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after each minute.
  10. Cool completely.
  11. Spread chocolate mixture over pudding layer in pan.
  12. Chop remaining cookie; sprinkle over chocolate mixture.
  13. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  14. Use foil handles to lift dessert from pan before cutting to serve.
