Pineapple Granite Recipe

  1. Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth, about 2 minutes.
  2. Pour mixture into a 13-by-9-inch dish and freeze, uncovered, until just set but not frozen completely, about 2 1/2 hours.
  3. Rake through mixture with a fork to break up any large chunks.
  4. Return to the freezer and rake again when thoroughly set, about 2 hours more.
  5. Transfer to a container with a tightfitting lid and store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
