White Pizza with Chicken & Tomatoes
- 1 Tablespoon Melted Butter
- 2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 6 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 whole Large Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, Diced
- 2 teaspoons Paprika
- 18 cups Olive Oil
- 1 whole Pre-baked (I Used A Whole Wheat Store Bought One) 12 Inch Pizza Crust
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Basil, Shredded (heaping)
- 1 whole Large Tomato, Diced
- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- Add olive oil, butter, black pepper, garlic salt and minced garlic into a small bowl.
- Mix well and set aside.
- Toss chicken, paprika and olive oil into a skillet over medium heat and cook until chicken is browned on all sides, stirring occasionally.
- Put the crust on a pizza pan.
- While the chicken cooks, evenly spread the garlic mixture over the top of the pizza crust.
- Layer cheese on top of this.
- Top the cheese with shredded basil.
- By now your chicken should be done, so remove it from the heat and spread it evenly over the pizza.
- Top with tomatoes.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with additional basil leaves and serve hot.
