Super easy antipasto platter
- 1 cup jarred roasted peppers
- 1 cup jarred artichoke hearts
- 1/2 cup black and kalamatta olives, pitted and left whole
- 1/8 lb each sliced salami, pepperoni and prosciutto meats
- 1/2 cup fresh baby mozzarella balls
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperonchini peppers
- 1/2 cup rosemary and sea salt roasted almonds, recipe in my file
- 12 cheese straws, recipe in my file
- On a platter arrange all ingredients in like groups.
- Enjoy!
