Tuna Lasagna Slim And Trim Recipe
- 1/2 pound lasagna noodles
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 2 cans water packed tuna
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can cream mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
- 8 ounce. Mozzarella cheese or possibly sliced Swiss
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cook noodles according to directions.
- Saute/fry onions in butter, add in tuna, soup, lowfat milk and seasonings.
- Alternate noodles, tuna, sauce, cottage cheese and Mozzarella.
- End with Mozzarella.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 30 min in 9 x 13 pan.
- 275 calories per serving.
