Barbecued Shrimp Kabobs
- 1 lb. uncooked medium shrimp, peeled with tails left on, deveined
- 1 cup HEINZ Tomato Ketchup King Sooper's $2.49 thru 02/09
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- Thread shrimp onto 4 skewers; place in shallow dish.
- Mix remaining ingredients until blended.
- Reserve half the ketchup mixture for later use; pour remaining ketchup mixture over shrimp.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
- to marinate, turning skewers after 15 min.
- Heat grill to medium heat.
- Remove shrimp from marinade; discard marinade.
- Grill shrimp 3 to 5 min.
- or until shrimp turn pink, turning every 2 min.
- Serve with reserved ketchup mixture.
