Greek Polunga (Baked Cream Of Wheat) Recipe
- 1 quart. lowfat milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 5 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 c. Cream of Wheat
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Place lowfat milk, butter and sugar in large saucepan.
- Bring to boil over high heat.
- Gradually add in Cream of Wheat stirring constantly.
- When it starts to bubble, remove from heat.
- Cold 15 min.
- Beat Large eggs and add in to mix.
- Add in vanilla and cinnamon.
- Pour in greased 12 x 8 pan and bake at 375 degrees for 35 min.
