Easy Cheesy Burritos
- 1-1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 cup mild salsa
- 1 pkg. (1.25 oz.) taco seasoning mix
- 1 lb. VELVEETA, cut up
- 1/4 cup milk
- 8 large flour tortillas
- suggested toppings: chopped tomato, shredded lettuce, sour cream
- Brown ground beef in deep skillet; drain.
- Add salsa and taco seasoning to ground beef, stir to mix.
- Cook on low to simmer flavors.
- Add VELVEETA and milk; stir until VELVEETA is melted.
- Place about 2/3 cup meat mixture on each tortilla.
- Add toppings, if desired.
- Fold up to make burrito.
- Makes 8 servings.
