Steak House Wraps with A.1. Steak Sauce

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  2. Combine onions, steak sauce and hot sauce.
  3. Remove 1 cup of the steak sauce mixture (or 1/2 cup for trial recipe); set aside for later use.
  4. Grill steaks 8 to 9 min.
  5. for medium doneness, turning and brushing occasionally with the remaining steak sauce mixture.
  6. Cut steaks across the grain into thin strips.
  7. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  8. Add peppers; saute 3 to 4 min.
  9. or until crisp-tender.
  10. Stir in the reserved 1 cup steak sauce mixture (or 1/2 cup steak sauce mixture for trial recipe) and the cooked steak strips; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  11. Spoon about 1 cup of the steak mixture over each tortilla; roll up.
