Asian Style Soup Recipe
- 1 x Chicken stock cube
- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 dsh Tabasco
- 1 x Squeeze lemon juice
- 1 lrg Cultivated brown mushroom, minced
- 1 dsh Sesame oil
- 1 dsh Honey
- 4 x Broccoli florets, sliced
- 1 x Duck breast, cooked (see following recipe)
- 1 Tbsp. Minced coriander, basil, parsley
- 1 Bring a pint of water to the boil and crumble in the stock cube.
- Add in the leftover ingredients, leaving the herbs to just before serving.
- Simmer gently for 10 min.
- Slice the duck breast, place in a bowl and pour over the soup.
