Peking Style Flank Steak Recipe

  1. Place the steak in a glass dish and pierce all over with a fork.
  2. Combine all the other ingredients, and pour over the steak.
  3. Let the meat stand for several hrs, turning occasionally.
  4. Broil or possibly grill till done.
  5. Cut the steak into thin slices on the diagonal and serve.
  6. Serves 4-6.
