Grilled Veggie Medley

  1. melt the butter in the microwave for 30 seconds.
  2. set aside to let cool a little.
  3. put all the veggies in a bowl.
  4. sprinkle with olive oil or the butter.
  5. add spices.
  6. sprinkle veggies with salt, pepper, garlic powder.
  7. add lemon juice also
  8. mix veggies by hand and put them on 2 layers of aluminium foil.
  9. fold foil to make a foil pouch.
  10. will take the veggies about 30 -35 minutes to cook.
  11. so if they are placed on the grill get your meat almost before putting on the veggies.
  12. I've also put them in the oven to cook.

carrots, onion, asparagus, potatoes, yellow squash, zucchini, celery, parsley, thyme, lemon juice
