Bacon, Egg & Cheese Hand Pies

  1. Heat oven to 450F.
  2. Grease or line baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
  3. Press pizza dough into 15x10-inch rectangle.
  4. Cut into 4 (7x5-inch rectangles).
  5. Place 1 slice cheese onto half of each piece of dough.
  6. Top each with 1/3 cup scrambled eggs, 1/4 crumbled bacon and 1 slice cheese.
  7. Fold dough over filling, aligning edges.
  8. Press edges with fork to seal.
  9. Place onto prepared pan.
  10. Brush tops with egg; cut 2 slits in top with sharp knife.
  11. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
