Bacon, Egg & Cheese Hand Pies
- 1 (13.8-ounce) package refrigerated pizza crust dough
- 8 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes Deli American
- 6 Land O Lakes Eggs, beaten, scrambled
- 4 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 Land O Lakes Egg, beaten
- Heat oven to 450F.
- Grease or line baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
- Press pizza dough into 15x10-inch rectangle.
- Cut into 4 (7x5-inch rectangles).
- Place 1 slice cheese onto half of each piece of dough.
- Top each with 1/3 cup scrambled eggs, 1/4 crumbled bacon and 1 slice cheese.
- Fold dough over filling, aligning edges.
- Press edges with fork to seal.
- Place onto prepared pan.
- Brush tops with egg; cut 2 slits in top with sharp knife.
- Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
