Breakfast Pudding

  1. Mix together ingredients.
  2. Let stand for 10 minutes to allow oatmeal to soak up flavor.
  3. Stir again and place in a small oven-proof dish.
  4. Preheat oven to 325F.
  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  6. Place dish in another oven-proof dish containing 1 inch of water.
  7. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until firm.
