Brandied Berry Compote Recipe

  1. Place the prepared fruit in a serving bowl.
  2. Mix the blackcurrant juice, lemon juice and the brandy and pour over the fruit.
  3. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and refrigeratefor at least 4 to 6 hrs.
  4. When serving sprinkle with toasted almonds, garnish with mint sprigs and whipped cream.
