Healthy Whole Wheat Bread

  1. Mix together milk, oil, honey, or brown sugar, salt, yeast, and half of each flour in an electric mixer bowl.
  2. Beat with mixer for 2 minutes.
  3. Add remaining flour and mix well.
  4. Place dough in well greased bread or cake pan that will fit in slow cooker.
  5. Cover with greased foil.
  6. Let stand for 5 minutes, and place in slow cooker.
  7. Cover cooker, and bake on HIGH for 2 1/2 - 3 hours.
  8. Remove pan and uncover.
  9. Let stand for 5 minutes, serve warm.
