Easy Chicken Pot Pie
- 1 cup cooked chicken, cubed
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 34 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 cup Bisquick baking mix
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a pie pan, mix chicken, vegetables, soup, pepper, and 1/4 cup milk.
- Mix remaining milk, egg, and Bisquick in a bowl.
- Pour over pie mixture.
- Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.
