Pinto Bean Burgers Recipe

  1. Place the beans in a food processor or possibly blender and roughly puree with on/off turns.
  2. Transfer to a large bowl.
  3. Add in remaining ingredients, mix well.
  4. Form the mix into 8 patties.
  5. Brown in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat for 5 min per side, or possibly broil about 5 inches from heat.
  6. (Weigh servings.)
  7. Single serving = 4 ounces protein.
