Barry's Beef Marinade Recipe

• 1/3 c. low-cal Italian dressing
• 3 scallions, sliced
• 2 tbsp. soy sauce
• 1 tbsp. dry sherry
• 1/2 teaspoon grnd ginger
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr

1. Place steak in marinade for several hrs.
2. Put in refrigerator and turn often.
