Swiss Broccoli Soup
- 2 teaspoons instant chicken bouillon granules
- 1 dash black pepper
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen broccoli, thawed (or fresh)
- 2 cups milk
- 8 slices processed swiss cheese or 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 14 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 12 cups water
- 12 cup cold water
- Over medium heat, dissolve chicken granules in 1 1/2 cups water.
- Add broccoli, cover and cook 8-10 minute Add milk, cheese and pepper.
- Cook and stir til cheese melts.
- Combine flour with 1/2 cup cold water and stir into soup mixture.
- Cook and stir til thick and bubbly.
