Healthy and Delicious! Atsuage Sweet and Salty Teriyaki

  1. Dice the atsuage into bite-sized pieces (the photo shows the atsuage cut into 6 blocks).
  2. Put Step 1 in a frying pan and fry until all sides are golden brown.
  3. Add the sauce ingredients marked with .
  4. Coat the atsuage and it's done!
  5. If your eaters prefer a richer taste, top with a squirt of mayonnaise
