Rollin' Blueberry mountain cake.
- 2 can cinnamon rolls
- 1 can blueberry pie filling
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2/3 cup brown sugar( light or dark)
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Preheat oven to 320 Cut cinnamon rolls in bite size pieces .
- set icing aside till end.
- In mixing bowl put blueberry filling ,melted butter,nutmeg,cinnamon,brown sugar and vanilla extract.
- Mix well.
- add cinnamon rolls to mixture.
- Coat them with mix.
- add chopped pecans give it a rough mix.
- (optional)
- scoop mixture into greased bundt pan.
- bake an hour
- when finished baking turn cake upside down on cake platter or plate.
- Remove cake from mold.
- Take icing from both cans of cinnamon rolls and drizzle icing over top of cake.
