Pumpkin Spice Frozen Custard

  1. Mix cream, milk, and sugar.
  2. Beat egg yolks.
  3. Temper egg yolks with the hot mixture.
  4. Combine tempered egg yolks with the rest of the mixture.
  5. Heat until mixture reaches 170.
  6. Add pumpkin spice, vanilla, salt, and food coloring.
  7. 25 minutes in the Cuisinart.
