Lynn's Pork Tenderloin Recipe
- Pork tenderloin, in 1 inch chunks
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. Corn Flakes, crushed
- 1/2 c. flour
- Morton's Nature seasoning
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded (as desired)
- Lb.
- meat flat; dip into beaten egg mixed with 1 Tbsp.
- lowfat milk, then dip into mix of crackers, Corn Flakes and flour.
- Fry till brown.
- Season with Nature seasoning.
- Arrange in baking dish.
- Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
- Pour over soups and lowfat milk.
- Bake covered for one hour at 350 degrees.
- Can put under broiler (uncovered) to brown for 5 min if you like.
