Auntie's Kulolo Recipe
- 4 c. Poi
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Honey
- 1 c. Coconut lowfat milk
- 2 x Ti leaves
- Mix all in a big bowl.
- Line a loaf pan with foil and then the ti leaves.
- Pour in.
- Cover the top with foil so won't form a crust.
- Bake 2 hrs at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Remove foil last half hour.
- Cold, slice and enjoy.
