Italian Stuffed Mushrooms

  2. Pre heat oven to 350.
  3. Clean and remove stems from mushrooms.
  4. Finely
  5. chop stems and set aside.
  6. In a medium fry pan add butter, garlic and
  7. mushroom stems.
  8. After a few minutes add the bread crumbs slowly.
  9. May not
  10. use all.
  11. Do not want mixture too dry.
  12. After bread crumbs are added take
  13. pan off heat and begin to fill mushroom caps.
  14. Bake on a cookie sheet
  15. 15-20 minutes til brown and caps are cooked.
