Smoked salmon penne pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 6 oz smoked salmon ( cold smoked)
- 10 oz cooked penne rigate
- 1/2 cup green peas
- 3 tbsp fined grated ramano cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Boil pasta, lightly salt water.
- Do not overcook.
- Al dente works best.
- In medium saucepan, bring cream to simmer, add salmon and garlic powder.
- Add cooked and drained pasta to cream.
- Add peas.
- Reduce until cream coats pasta, about five minutes.
- Enjoy
