Ma's Cocoa-Blamange
- 1 pint milk, hot
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 12 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Dissolve corn starch and cocoa together in part of cold milk.
- Heat rest of milk to boiling point.
- Stir in rest and cook in double boiler for 15 minutes, stirring.
- Add vanilla.
- Pour into wet mold or molds.
- To with whipped cream.
