Watergate Cake with Cover-Up Frosting

• 1 box plain white cake mix
• 1 pkg. (3 oz.) instant pistachio pudding
• 3/4 cup salad oil
• 3 eggs
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts
• 1 cup Seven-Up
• 1/2 cup coconut
• 1 pkg. Dream Whip
• 1 cup Cool Whip
• 1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts
• 1/2 cup coconut
• 1-1/2 cup milk

1. Mix cake ingredients and beat well.
2. Bake in a 9x13-inch pan for 40 to 45 min.
3. at 350F.
4. Frosting: Beat all ingredients until thick and spread on cake.
5. Sprinkle with nuts and coconut, mixed together
