Cheesy Rolls
- 4 cups plain flour
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 3 cups grated cheese
- 34 cup pickle, roughly chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1 -1 12 cup milk
- sesame seeds
- Sift flour, baking powder, salt and paprika into large bowl.
- Stir in grated cheese and pickles.
- Beat eggs and milk together.
- Make a hole in cntre of flour, pour in most of the milk.
- Keep a little milk back for glazing.
- Mix to a soft but fairly stiff dough.
- Divide into 14 portions, fold into desired shapes.
- Place on baking trays, leave room for spreading.
- Brush rolls with milk and egg mix, sprinkle on sesame seeds.
- Bake at 220 C for about 25 minutes or till golden brown.
