Grilled Balsamic Steak Salad
- 3/4 cup Kraft Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 3 each boneless beef sirloin steak Whole Foods 1 lb For $7.99 thru 02/09
- 6 each medium yellow peppers, cut lengthwise in half, seeded Target 1 pkg For $2.99 thru 02/06
- 1-1/2 gal. salad greens, torn
- 1-1/2 cups medium red onions, sliced
- 1-1/2 cups medium tomatoes, sliced Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
- Preheat greased barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Remove 1/2 cup of the dressing (or 3 Tbsp.
- of the dressing for trial recipe); cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Brush remaining dressing lightly onto one side of the steak and inside the pepper halves.
- Grill steak and peppers 10 min.
- or until steak is medium doneness (160F/ 70C), turning steak over after 5 min.

- Divide greens evenly among 12 salad plates (or four plates for trial recipe); top with onions and tomatoes.
- Cut steak across the grain into thin slices; cut peppers into strips.
