Peanut Butter Corn Chips

  1. Butter a cookie sheet.
  2. Put corn chips (and nuts, if using) into a heat-proof bowl.
  3. Combine sugar and corn syrup in saucepan and bring to a boil.
  4. Boil for a minute, until sugar dissolves, add peanut butter and stir until melted and incorporated with sugar/syrup.
  5. Pour while hot, over chips and toss coating all chips.
  6. Form into small balls or clumps and place on cookie sheet.
  7. When cool, store in covered container.
