Donna's Black Bean Brownies
- 12 cup canned black beans, drained
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 13 cup cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 cup flour
- 2 12 cups rolled oats
- 34 cup flour
- 34 cup brown sugar
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 cup butter
- preheat oven to 350F.
- In food processor, puree beans with melted butter.
- Beat with eggs in large bowl.
- Add sugar, cocoa, vanilla, baking soda, and salt.
- Add flour and mix until well blended.
- In a large bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
- Take out 1 cup of mixture.
- Press remaining into greased pan.
- Spoon original mixture on the oatmeal mix.
- Crumble remaining mix onto bean mixture.
- Bake 30 minutes or until middle comes out clean.
