Mouthwatering Meatloaf
- 1 12 lbs ground beef
- 23 cup quick oats
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) packet onion soup mix
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 14 cup ketchup
- 12 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
- Meatloaf.
- In large bowl combine ground beef, oats, soup mix, worcestershire sauce and ketchup.
- I mix it with my hand so everything is combined and it seems to help the texture of the meatloaf.
- Form into a loaf and place in loaf pan.
- Topping.
- In small bowl combine ketchup, worcestershire sauce and brown sugar.
- Pour over top of loaf.
- Put in oven and bake for 50 minutes to an hour.
- I serve with garlic mashed potatoes a light salad and dinner rolls.
- The leftovers are great for sandwiches the next day.
