Frosty Lemonade Pie

  1. In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and soft drink mix until smooth.
  2. In a bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 1 1/2 minutes (mixture will be very thick.)
  3. Beat into cream cheese mixture.
  4. beat in a third of the whipped topping.
  5. Fold in remaining whipped topping.
  6. Set aside 3 tablespoons cookie crumbs.
  7. Fold remaining crumbs into cream cheese mixture.
  8. Spoon into crust.
  9. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs.
  10. Cover and freeze for 4-5 hours or until firm.
  11. Remove from the freezer 15 mintues before service.
