Cajun Chicken

  1. Saute chicken in oil for 5 minutes; combine paprika and next 7 ingredients.
  2. Add to skillet for 1 minute, until chicken is cooked.
  3. Combine bouillon with 1 cup hot water; add cornstarch. Add to chicken mixture.
  4. Cook until slightly thickened.
  5. Add mushrooms and scallions; stir in parsley.
