Cheeseburger Soup

  1. Brown meat in large saucepan on medium-high heat.
  2. Remove beef from skillet, reserving 1 tsp.
  3. drippings in skillet.
  4. Add onions and carrots to reserved drippings; cook and stir 5 min.
  5. or until crisp-tender.
  6. Add broth, potatoes, dill weed and cooked beef and bring to a boil.
  7. Cover and reduce to a simmer; cook 12 min., or until potatoes are tender.
  8. Stir in 1-1/2 cups cheese and milk.
  9. Top with remaining cheese and serve.
