Beef Tenderloin Recipe

  1. Marinade: Heat butter.
  2. Saute/fry onions, garlic and mushrooms.
  3. Add in grnd beef, chili sauce, seasonings, wine and cubes.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper to taste; dust with flour.
  6. Place 2 strips of bacon on meat.
  7. Broil 7 min.
  8. Turn, cover with other bacon strips and broil 7 min more.
  9. Place meat in glass dish covered with marinade.
  10. Marinate overnight.
  11. Bake in marinade at 450 degrees about 20 min.
  12. NOTES : This is an excellent entree for company dinners.
  13. You can do much of the preparation in advance.
