MIRACLE WHIP, Kale & Apple Potato Salad

• 3/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
• 1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
• 2 tsp. HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar
• 2 lb. red new potatoes, quartered, cooked and cooled
• 4 cups coarsely chopped kale
• 2 apples, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.87 thru 02/09
• 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions

1. Mix dressing, mustard and vinegar until blended.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl.
3. Add dressing mixture; mix lightly.
4. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
