Mexican Skillet Ole'

  1. Brown meat, onion, and chilies; drain.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, except sour cream.
  3. Bring to a boil; cover and reduce heat.
  4. Simmer 20 minutes.
  5. Stir in sour cream, then sprinkle with cheese.
  6. If desired, serve with tortilla chips and your favorite taco toppings.
