Grandads Baked Potato Soup

  1. Melt butter and onion on low 10-15 minutes.
  2. Add flour and cook, stirring 4-5 minutes.
  3. Mix chicken stock with potato buds; whisk in till smooth.
  4. Whisk into flour/butter mixture and cook 20 minutes.
  5. Add seasoning and cook 10 minutes.
  6. Dice cooked potatoes and poor into cooking mixture; simmer.
  7. Garnish with green onion and cheese.
