Stuffed Bell Pepper Soup

  1. Brown meat until no longer pink.
  2. Cook rice according to package directions.
  3. Place all ingredients in large pot or slow cooker.
  4. Slowly cook until heated through (20 minutes on stovetop; 1 hour on high in slow cooker).
  5. Makes a hearty meal with warm, crusty bread!
