Tabbouleh-Style Rice Salad

  1. Prepare rice as directed on package.
  2. Refrigerate 20 minutes.
  3. Stir parsley, tomato and onion into rice in large bowl.
  4. Stir together lemon juice, oil and garlic powder in small bowl.
  5. Toss with rice mixture.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
